Terms and Conditions

General

  1. The Rovia Pricing Pledge is available to travelers registered as a DreamTrips or DreamTrips Life Member or as a Rovia Preferred Customer who have booked travel on www.corp.rovia.com on or after November 1, 2011 who provide proof of a Concurrent Lower Price for their equivalent flights or accommodation subject to the terms and conditions set out below. In these terms and conditions references to bookings on any website shall include bookings on sub domain sites for example www.corp.rovia.com and Rovia LTC name.rovia.com.
  2. In order to qualify as a Concurrent Lower Price, the lower price must be for an identical booking, where the same flight or hotel as the case may be, is booked in a single transaction, inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharges and fees. All booking details, including the following, must exactly match the details of the flight or hotel as the case may be; you booked on www.corp.rovia.com.
    • Specific airline carrier (including class of service)
    • Hotel (including room type)
    • Dates and times of departure, routing and check-in
    • All applicable cancellation and refund policies of the airline and hotel
    • Both the airline or hotel booking, as the case may be, needs to be prepaid in full and be instantly confirmed at the point of booking
    • Any special terms of purchase.
    • Package amenities/extra components.
  3. A Concurrent Lower Price does not include rates on www.corp.rovia.com or associated sites of Rovia, rates on coupon sites, as well as websites where the carrier, hotel property are opaque or unknown until after purchase, or where prices are determined by any sort of name-your-own-price, or auction/ bidding services. A Concurrent Lower Price does not include errors or mistakes, including pricing errors. A Concurrent Lower Price does not include any web fares on Spirit Airlines or Southwest Airlines. A Concurrent Lower Price does not include the service fee of $6 per ticket payable by customers who are not registered as Rovia Preferred Customers.
  4. A Concurrent Lower Price must be both advertised and available to the general public on a website offering travel services to resident of the country in which you are resident. A Concurrent Lower Price shall not include corporate discounts or rates, military discounts, senior discounts, AAA or CAA discounts or rates, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, past guest rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, consolidator or interline prices, or prices available only by using a coupon or voucher, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public. A Concurrent Lower Price cannot come from a website, which requires you to call to get the rate, or from an email that you received. Where a Concurrent Lower Price is quoted in your local currency to your country of residence we will use the IROE (IATA Rates of exchange) currency conversion rate applied at the date of the booking and available at http://www.iata.org/ps/publications/pages/iroe.aspx
  5. The Rovia Pricing Pledge applies to the entire flight or hotel, as the case may be, price, including all taxes, fuel surcharges and fees.

Domestic & International Flights

If, on any website offering travel services to residents of the country in which you are resident you find a Concurrent Lower Price than the one you booked on www.corp.rovia.com for the exact same flight on the same date, 150 % of the difference in price between the price of your booking with us and the Concurrent Lower Price will be reimbursed to you.

Conditions:

  1. The booking will first have to be made on www.corp.rovia.com.
  2. You will be reimbursed in the form of Rovia Bucks.
  3. The Rovia Bucks will be issued in US dollars.
  4. You will have to submit relevant documentation (including; but not limited to: a screenshot of comparable price on the same date as your booking and relevant proof of booking request or confirmation as required by Rovia.
  5. Upon successful verification by Rovia the customer will be eligible to receive the Rovia Bucks which will be valid for 12 months (or such minimum period as determined by the applicable law in your country or state of residence) from the date of issue and can be used only on www.corp.rovia.com, www.roviadreams.com, or for DreamTrips members on www.dreamtripslife.com.

If, on any website offering travel services to residents of the country in which you are resident you find a Concurrent Lower Price than the one you booked on www.corp.rovia.com, for the exact same hotel on the same date, then 150% of difference between the price of your booking with us and the Concurrent Lower Price will be reimbursed to you.

  2. You will be reimbursed in the form of Rovia Bucks.
  3. The Rovia Bucks will be issued in US Dollars for both domestic and international hotels.
  4. You will have to submit relevant documentation (including; but not limited to: a screenshot of comparable price on the same date as your booking and relevant proof of purchase) as required by Rovia.
  5. Upon successful verification by Rovia, you will be eligible to receive the Rovia Bucks which will be valid for 12 months (or such minimum period as determined by the applicable law in your country or state of residence) from the date of issue and can be used only on www.corp.rovia.com or www.roviadreams.com or for DreamTrips members on www.dreamtripslife.com.

Request Process

  1. You must complete and submit the form to us via Fax: 972-767-3332 OR Email: pricepledge@rovia.com before 11:59 pm Central Standard Time hours on the day of your booking on www.corp.rovia.com along with relevant screen shots of the compared site with prices and booking details clearly visible.
  2. All requests, including receipts and required documentation, are subject to Rovia’s verification. Rovia's decisions are final. By submitting a Rovia Pricing Pledge request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Rovia's decisions. Rovia will not grant any Rovia Pricing Pledge request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith.
  3. All Rovia Pricing Pledge requests will be verified within five (5) business days upon receipt of the request form and all requested information in support of the request. Requestor will receive an email from Rovia staff on whether the request is successful.
  4. You shall receive your Rovia Bucks within ten (10) business days after we verify and notify you of your successful request. The Rovia Bucks will be sent to your back office for DreamTrips or DreamTrips Life Members or to the e mail address used to make the flight, hotel or DreamTrip booking, as the case may be for non members or Preferred Customers.

Other important information

  1. Any modifications, changes or cancellations made to an existing flight or hotel booking, as the case may be, that has an associated Rovia Pricing Pledge request will result in voiding of the request and Rovia reserves the right to recall the Rovia Bucks or reduce the Rovia Bucks value, if already used, from the refund value.
  2. Each flight, hotel booking or DreamTrip, as the case may be, that is verified and qualifies for the Rovia Pricing Pledge shall be entitled to receive Rovia Bucks for the value of the request.
  3. The Rovia Bucks shall expire 12 months (or such minimum period as determined by the applicable law in your country or state of residence) from the date of issuance, and shall not be replaced if lost. The Rovia Bucks may be redeemed only in accordance with Rovia Bucks terms and conditions [insert link] and have no cash value.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided. Rovia will not be responsible whatsoever for any failure or delay in the delivery of the Rovia Bucks as a result of any erroneous or invalid email address being provided by you.
  5. Rovia shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind as a result of your acceptance, use or misuse of the Rovia Bucks, including any travel related or pursuant thereto, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage.
  6. On cancellation of a booking made using the Rovia Bucks, the value of the Rovia Bucks will be claimed back by Rovia while processing a refund.
  7. No additional Rovia Bucks can be claimed for a booking where the original booking had Rovia Bucks used.
  8. Rovia reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Rovia Pricing Pledge or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Rovia's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
